What we love about Isla Palenque is the feeling of having a tropical island almost to yourself. With so few guests, it never feels busy, and the casitas have a relaxed, slightly rustic feel that suits the setting perfectly. One of our favorite ways to spend a day is heading out by boat with a picnic, hopping between the tiny islands of the Gulf of Chiriquí, stopping to swim and snorkel wherever you like.
