Day 1: Welcome to Panama
Walk Casco Viejo’s cobbled streets with a local guide, passing baroque churches, colorful plazas and restored buildings as you uncover the stories behind the old city. Taste Panamanian coffee and traditional shaved ice along the way, then pause for lunch by the Causeway before visiting the Biomuseum. Later, take to the air by private charter, watching the city give way to the landscapes of the Pacific coast before settling into your villa near Pedasí.

Overnight: Casa Las Tortugas

Day 2: Taste Your Way Through Casco Viejo
Head down to the water and learn to read the break, balance on the board and catch waves with an instructor. Back at the villa, switch pace with a massage before perhaps following one of the property’s trails on foot as the afternoon begins to cool. Come evening, take a cocktail outside as the sun drops towards the Pacific, then settle in for dinner.

Overnight: Casa Las Tortugas

Day 3: Catch Some Waves
Split the morning between the waves and the tennis court, building on your surf skills before picking up a racket for a game or two. Later, slow things down with a massage, then saddle up on horseback as the heat begins to fade. Ride out across the property in the softer evening light before returning to the villa for dinner.

Overnight: Casa Las Tortugas

Day 4: Ride at Sunset
Start on the sand with a game of beach volleyball, then take a kayak onto the water and explore from a different perspective. After a quieter spell with a massage, there is the option to head out by boat and see more of the coastline. As the sun begins to drop, join a sea turtle patrol along the beach, keeping watch for turtles and signs of activity in the sand.

Overnight: Casa Las Tortugas

Day 5: Paddle & Patrol for Sea Turtles
Keep the morning open and enjoy the villa at your own pace before taking some time out for a massage. Later, head into the kitchen to learn how to prepare Panamanian desserts, getting hands-on with local flavors and techniques. Step outside for a cocktail as the light fades, then gather around the table for dinner. Afterwards, an illusionist brings a playful finish to the evening.

Overnight: Casa Las Tortugas

Day 6: Cook Panamanian Desserts
Start slowly over brunch, then keep things playful with a few games of ping pong and a casual lunch by the pool. There is time for a massage during the afternoon, or you can choose to get back out on the water by boat and take another look at the coastline. Return to the villa as evening arrives and settle in for dinner.

Day 7: Take the Day at Your Own Pace
Swap four wheels for two and head out by bike, following the property’s trails and exploring more of the surrounding landscape under your own steam.
